10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Sunday Fixed Off**

**Salary**:
Hike on current in-hand salary + Attractive Incentives (credited directly to bank account)

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass (with result in hand), Graduate, or Undergraduate
- Age: 18 to 34 years
- Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience

**Language Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English and Hindi** (spoken and written)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students using provided leads.
- Brief prospects about Frankfinn courses and encourage them to attend **free career counselling sessions**.
- Explain course details, fee structures, placement support, and career outcomes.
- Use a **consultative sales approach** to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and admissions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
