**Job Overview**:
The Sales Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations at our two-wheeler dealership. This role involves guiding the sales team to meet and exceed targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. The Sales Incharge plays a vital role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that dealership standards are upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product information, and assist them in selecting the right two-wheeler vehicle.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract potential customers and increase market share.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of high-demand models and maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Follow up with potential leads, assist customers in their decision-making process, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- **Sales Documentation**: Oversee the preparation of sales documentation, process invoices, and ensure accuracy in all paperwork.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to pricing, promotions, and sales techniques.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to succeed.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales performance reports, providing insights to management and identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler products and industry trends is advantageous.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
