Branch Sales Incharge

**Location**: Calicut Branch

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales activities and generate reports for upper management.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in showroom sales or van sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
