**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve branch sales and collection targets for all financial products.
- Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI, and NBFC regulatory guidelines.
- Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and delinquency control.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the branch’s business.
- Coordinate with the head office and other departments for smooth operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **3-6 years of experience** in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions.
- Proven experience in **branch operations, sales, and team management.**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of lending, collections, and credit assessment.
