**Position**:Branch In Charge -General Trade

**Role**:
Responsible for retail sales through distribution channel of the defined branch.

**Reporting Structure**:

- Position reports to Channel Head/ZSH -GT
- Positions reporting in -TIC’s
- Sales: as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
- Collections: as per company commercial norms
- Productivity:

- TIC productivity as per preset norms
- ISP’s productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in EC.
- Town productivity/dealer productivity as per prescribed norms.
- Expansion:

- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV.
- To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
- Customer service with support of service team.
- ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.
- Display & merchandise
- Competition information
- Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution
- Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
- Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.

**Required profile**:
Experience : 7 - 9 years, with team handling experience

Compensation : 22 LPA

Education : Graduation/ Post Graduation or Diploma in Mgmt.

Industry Type : Retail channel experience in major consumer electronics/white goods industry.

Functional Area : Working knowledge of handling the branch/state operations and knowledge of local market

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- General Trade: 9 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kolkata, West Bengal (required)

Ability to Relocate:
