**About The Job**

**As a Recruiter, You Will**

Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries
Process and track applicant job submissions
Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
Participate in job fairs & hiring events
Build relationships with internal employees
Ensure orientation and the on-boarding process runs smoothly

**Requirements As a Recruiter, You Have**

High School Diploma or GED (required)
0-3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry
Outstanding interpersonal skills
A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
Ability to handle a high volume of work
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
