**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

**Scheduling Surgeries**: Coordinate with physicians, patients, and other healthcare providers to schedule surgical procedures.
**Patient Communication**: Communicate with patients regarding pre-operative instructions, surgery scheduling, and post-operative care.
**Insurance Verification**: Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for surgeries.
**Medical Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for surgical patients.
**Coordination with Healthcare Team**: Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow during surgeries.
**Patient Advocacy**: Advocate for patients' needs and ensure they receive quality care throughout the surgical process.
**Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards related to surgical procedures and patient care.
**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to surgeries, including consent forms, medical histories, and surgical reports.
**Patient Education**: Provide patients with information about their surgical procedures, including risks, benefits, and expectations.

1.Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Medical Billing. (Account Receivable)
2. Should have Excellent Communication Skills.
3. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
4. Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in surgical coordination or a related role.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and insurance processes.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
