Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., a high-volume multispecialty hospital group operating under major **Government Health Schemes**, is hiring a **Laparoscopic General Surgeon** for its Mumbai units. The role offers excellent exposure to continuous surgical flow and structured OT support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **Laparoscopic General Surgeries** including Gallbladder, Appendix, Hernia, and GI-related laparoscopic procedures.
- Handle a **consistent, high surgical workload** driven by government health schemes and routine operative cases.
- Conduct **pre-operative evaluation**, consent, surgical planning, and coordination with the anaesthesia & OT team.
- Oversee **post-operative care**, monitor recovery, and ensure smooth patient discharge based on hospital protocols.
- Participate in IPD/OPD rounds, maintain accurate surgical documentation, and support continuity of care.
- Adhere to **clinical guidelines**, infection control norms, safety protocols, and scheme-based documentation standards.
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient outcome enhancement across the surgery department.
