**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- Assist with identifying training solutions and producing content for developing future seafaring skills.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Collaborate across vessel and shore teams to identify skills gaps for future initiatives.
- Input into design of training programs addressing culture and welfare issues.
- Run live webinars and produce training content for Marine HR projects and campaigns.
- Support with delivery of learning solutions in collaboration with Training team.
- Assist with mentoring and coaching of vessel leaders as part of career development program.

**Essential**
- Computer Literate
- Graduate in Technology, Sciences or Nautical Sciences OR Master - Five (5) years in Command.

**Desirable**
- Ship Management experience
