Litigation Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from filing through to resolution.
- Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on issues relevant to ongoing cases.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Visit police stations and government offices to gather information and file necessary documents.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on case progress.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and deadlines.
- Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to case management and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- LL. B degree from an accredited law school.
- License/Sanad to practise law in the state;
- 1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably in Criminal or Civil law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with trials and court appearances.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and legal documentation procedures.
- Previous experience working with law enforcement agencies and government offices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
