We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with at

least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil and corporate litigation. The

Courts, and other relevant judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appear before High Courts, City Civil Courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, written submissions, notices, and other legal

documents
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis to support litigation strategy
- Coordinate with clients, experts and external counsel as necessary
- Manage case timelines, court dates, and filing deadlines
- Prepare briefs and case summaries for senior counsel or partners

**Requirements**:

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university and enrolment with the Bar Council of

Maharashtra and Goa
- Minimum 2 years PQE in civil and corporate litigation
- Prior experience in High Court and City Civil Court matters is a must
- Proficiency in written and spoken Marathi is essential
- Strong command over English (oral and written communication)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month with an additional performance linked bonus will be

payable at the end of the financial year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
