**Menora Homes** is a leading construction and project management company specializing in prefab homes projects, including architecture and interior design, with a presence in India and overseas. We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- **Interior Design Conceptualization**: Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client requirements, budget constraints, and project goals.
- **Space Planning and Layout**: Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial arrangements that optimize the use of available space and enhance functionality and flow within interior environments.
- **3D Modeling and Visualization**: Utilize 3D Max, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop to create photorealistic 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs of interior spaces, allowing clients to visualize design concepts and make informed decisions.
- **Material and Finish Selection**: Research, source, and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept, aesthetic vision, and functional requirements of the project.
- **Color Palette Development**: Develop cohesive color schemes and palettes that enhance the mood, ambiance, and visual appeal of interior spaces while considering factors such as lighting, texture, and spatial proportions.
- **Furniture and Fixture Selection**: Curate and select furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and decorative elements that complement the design concept, meet client preferences, and contribute to the overall design narrative.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with architectural and structural components, as well as timely procurement and installation of furnishings and finishes.
- **Client Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, mood boards, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and material selections to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in developing and managing project budgets, estimates, and timelines for interior design elements, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design integrity.
- **Quality Control and Site Supervision**: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of interior installations, address any issues or deviations from the design plan, and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
