As an Interior Designer at [Defzen Projects Pvt Ltd], you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our construction projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to create interior spaces that align with project requirements, budget constraints, and design standards. From concept development to final execution, you will leverage your creative vision and technical expertise to transform spaces into inspiring environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project teams to understand client needs, project goals, and design requirements.
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, material selections, and furniture arrangements.
- Specify and source materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that meet project specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Produce comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure and install interior elements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide timely design updates, progress reports, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and construction.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, sharing knowledge and insights with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field or Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer in the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, building codes, and construction methods.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
- Professional accreditation or licensure (e.g., NCIDQ, Registered Interior Designer) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and client meetings.
