Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Design Supervision:

- Review and approve interior design concepts, layouts, and material selections.
- Provide guidance and direction to design teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements and design standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Address any design-related issues or modifications as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate a team of interior designers, drafters, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment conducive to innovation and excellence.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Promote professional development and skills enhancement initiatives within the team.
- Client Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the project.
- Present design proposals, renderings, and project updates to clients for approval.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design solutions that align with their objectives and expectations.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to uphold design integrity and craftsmanship standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.
- Address any deficiencies or discrepancies promptly and effectively to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design project management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership qualities with a proven track record of team management and development.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
