Keeping in view the global nature of the maritime transportation industry the firm has offices in India, Singapore and a wide network of associates to effectively serve it's clients worldwide. Wade Maritime is a management consulting firm in maritime sector (Merchant Ships) based in Singapore with their back-office in Chandigarh, India. Wade Maritime is a leader in Risk Management in shipping, Oil & gas. Some of the elite clients of Wade Maritime are - Tata NYK, Sahara, Klaveness, Lafrage, South 32, etc.
To effectively perform the duties of a human resources assistant, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate in group presentations and meetings
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Job Profile - Assistant to the Directors**:
The main job duties will be as follows:
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Administering new employment assessments
- Arranging for travel for Director including booking of Air Tickets, etc
- Maintaining client database
- Assisting the Directors for various projects.
