Digital Marketing Executive

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation & Social Media Management**
- Create and manage content for all social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and video content.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals, ensuring consistent posting and engagement across channels.
- Monitor social media metrics and audience engagement, making data-driven adjustments to maximise reach and effectiveness.
2. **Video Production & Editing**
- Plan, create, and video content for social media and the website, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Work with team members to develop scripts and visual concepts for video content.
- Keep up-to-date with video trends and platform algorithms to optimise content performance.
4. **Paid Advertising & Campaign Management**
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads.
- Set up, track, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, using analytics to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and ad effectiveness.
5. **Marketing Strategy & Analytics**
- Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning activities with business objectives.
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to optimise strategy.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes to continuously improve performance.
6. **Brand & Community Management**
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with potential customers and industry influencers.
- Develop community initiatives, including contests, partnerships, or collaborative content, to drive engagement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with a creative flair for writing and content production.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, KPIs, and ROI-driven marketing.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
