Office Assistant

The Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the office environment. This position involves providing administrative support to various departments, assisting in organizational tasks, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and relay information promptly.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating calendars as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including ordering and organizing supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and processing invoices.
- Prepare and modify documents, including memos, reports, and presentations, using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Language**:
