Front Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to/from carpenters to coordinate schedules, follow up on orders, and address inquiries.
Manage and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
Support back office operations, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and office operations.
Learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
