**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with high quality.
- Ensure excellent customer service by taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and engaging with customers.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Handle cash register, process payments, and make change accurately.
- Keep the coffee station, equipment, and work area clean and organized at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, and notify management of stock needs or equipment issues.
- Follow company standards for food safety and hygiene.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment for customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
- Familiarity with brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making tools.
- Strong knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and menu options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills to handle cash and process payments.
- Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one (if applicable).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g., bags of coffee, milk cartons).
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, customer-facing environment.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Passion for coffee and beverage crafting.
- A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Formal barista training or certifications (optional but a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
