Job Title: Barista and Café Assistant

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista and Café Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and enthusiasm.

2. Ensure high-quality standards in coffee preparation, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

3. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.

4. Assist in food preparation, including light cooking, assembling sandwiches, and maintaining food safety standards.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee station, dining area, and kitchen.

6. Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods.

8. Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

9. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on coffee trends, menu changes, and company policies.

10. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall functioning of the café.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

2. Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

6. High level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
