A Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing a company's social media presence, including creating and executing social media marketing strategies, developing and publishing content, and engaging with followers and customers on various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Developing and managing the Brand’s influencer program connecting with the present set of influencers and adding month on month.
- Creating and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitoring social media trends and news and tracking the company's social media performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Managing and growing the company's social media presence by increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
- Responding to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally, as well as managing online reputation and crisis communication.
- Analysing and reporting social media performance to stakeholders, including senior management, and making recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- High on creativity and innovation
- Possess strong analytical and project management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required, along with 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Should be good in building PowerPoint presentations.
- Should also be well-versed in the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
