**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties for the Director.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of management.
- Support personal and professional tasks assigned by the Director.
- Ensure smooth communication flow and follow up on pending matters.
- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
- **Excellent communication skills** (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Pleasant and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently
- Maintain visitor records and manage front office operations.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and student or client follow-ups.
- Assist in administrative and support tasks as required.
- Maintain the reception area’s decorum and ensure a professional appearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,605.74 - ₹24,075.19 per month
