**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a driven **Sales Executive** with experience in **steel industry project sales**—especially **TMT bars, Structural steel, plates**. You’ll be responsible for finding new clients, building relationships, and closing sales in the Delhi,NCR, Haryana region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Present products and engage potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales
- Visit sites for demos and client meetings
- Identify and target dealers, buyers, and projects
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated on product and pricing knowledge
- Share feedback to improve sales strategies
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience in the **steel/building materials** industry
- Familiarity with **TMT bars (primary vs secondary)**:
- Preferred: Experience with brands like **TATA, SAIL, JSW, etc.**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle rejections
- Must own a **bike and have a valid driving license**
