As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our health-tech solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Resolve technical and operational issues by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Guide customers in understanding and using our products to their full potential.
Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries patiently.
Experience in healthcare or SaaS support is a plus.
