Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Work from Office

**Responsibilities**:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Perform keyword research and analysis to identify ranking opportunities.

Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure.

Conduct regular site audits and ensure technical SEO health.

2. Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve ROI.

3. Social Media Management

Handle and maintain social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Create engaging posts, stories, and reels based on a monthly content calendar.

Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.

4. Social Media Advertising

Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Optimize ad creatives and target audiences for better results.

5. Profile Creation & Online Platforms

Set up and optimize new profiles on relevant online platforms.

Maintain consistency in branding across all profiles.

6. Google My Business (GMB)

Post regular updates, offers, and event announcements.

Respond to customer queries and manage reviews professionally.

7. Content Creation

Collaborate with the creative team to design graphics, videos, and blog content.

Develop SEO-friendly content for web pages and blog posts.

8. Website & Page Management

Create and manage new web pages for products, services, and promotions.

Ensure all new pages are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.

9. YouTube Channel Management

Upload and optimize videos with proper titles, descriptions, and tags.

Create engaging thumbnails and maintain consistent branding.

Track and analyze video performance metrics to improve content strategy.

10. Analytics & Reporting

Track performance across all channels using tools like Google Analytics.

Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (preferred).

Strong communication and analytical skills.
