**About Job**:
We are working toward expanding our horizons now to the CS/IT domain, for which we require a team, who is enthusiastic and well adverse in the domain. We have made a brand by creating a difference in the life of students in the Design, EV, mechatronics, and Data science domain. Now we aim to perform the same if not better in the CS/IT domain.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skill-sets
- You will be responsible for researching the latest trends in the CS/IT domain, and exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
- You will be interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board for the development of courses.
- You will be creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
- You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the course work and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of CS/IT.
- You will be managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course's performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
- You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos.
- You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback.
- You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student

- Have prior experience in teaching/training as a student/fresher/working professional.

- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Basic Knowledge of Programming Languages Like Javascript, Python, HTML, CSS.
- Experience working with Software development Tools.
- Understand the working of the development methods in the industry: Fullstack, backend, and front end.

**Educational Qualification**:Graduate of Computer Science or related fields
