KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize Course Plan: Develop a strategic plan for the entire course, outlining the sequence of topics, duration of each module, and learning objectives. Plan the course structure considering the level of complexity, progression of skills, and integration of front-end and back end concepts.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum to ensure they are current with industry standards and trends. Ensure that the curriculum is comprehensive, covering essential FullStack technologies, best practices, and emerging tools.
- Assessment: Design and develop assessment methods, including quizzes, coding assignments, and project reviews.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relevant departments, including curriculum development, student support, and career services, to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience for all students.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional or academic setting is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in FullStack development.

SKILLS:

- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar.
- Experience with databases: SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. SOFT
