**Job Title**: Full Stack Trainer

**Location**: Mysore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on full stack development, including front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
- Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and experience levels of students.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and project guidelines.
- Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other trainers and industry experts to improve and refine course content.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, guiding them through challenges and helping them understand complex concepts.
- Offer career advice and support students in building their portfolios.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional resources as needed.
- **Technology Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks in full stack development.
- Ensure the training covers essential tools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js,Java, Hibernet, Python, Django, MongoDB, SQL, Git, etc.
- Share insights on industry standards and best practices.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and coding challenges to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide feedback and grading on projects and assignments.
- Adjust teaching methods and materials based on assessment results.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other instructors, curriculum developers, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive training experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to stay connected with the latest trends and job market demands.
- Invite guest speakers, organize workshops, and facilitate networking opportunities for students.

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
