**Job Title Inventory and Procurement Agent**

**General Hours: 12 PM TO 8PM**

**LOCATION: MUMBAI, GHATKOPAR WEST**

**Direct ReportProduction Manager**

**Inventory and Procurement Agent**

**Job TasksTrack all inventory counts and submit inventory report to Accounting
- Including Boxes, stock items**

**Familiarize, Maintain, and Build List of all inventory items used at manuafacturing facility**

**routinely review and update pricing, reach out and find new better suppliers for higher quality inventory or cheaper price inventory**

**Purchase all production stock as needed, and maintain agreed upon levels**

**Prepare Forecasting Report, Maintain reorder minimums and update as needed.**

**Place Oversea Supplier Orders in time for delivery**

**Source cheaper oversea suppliers for inventory with enough volume, maintain quality checks with supplier via pictures and video prior to shipment and upon delivery**

**Keep track of pricing, and notify purchasing if pricing increases.**

**Search for better pricingCreate and Manage Maintenance Sheet for each machineInput all material and inventory levels in QBO**

**Update and Maintain Margin Analysis SheetAttend weekly production meeting, bring concerns and ideas**
