**About the job**
Getoncrm Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our
growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of Salesforce
projects using agile methodologies. You will be responsible for facilitating and coaching
cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and ultimately,
maximizing the value delivered through continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expert in Jira:
○ Confidently manage the project backlog in Jira, utilizing features like epics, stories, and custom fields.
○ Create and share insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
○ Implement workflows and automations to optimize team efficiency.
- Product Roadmap Champion:
○ Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and translate it into a clear and actionable roadmap.
○ Prioritize roadmap initiatives and break them down into actionable epics and user stories.
○ Communicate the roadmap effectively to the team and stakeholders.
- Story Prioritization Master:
○ Employ various prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) to effectively assess and rank user stories.
○ Facilitate collaborative prioritization sessions with the team and stakeholders.
○ Ensure the backlog reflects current business needs and priorities.
- Backlog Management Guru:
○ Continuously refine and groom the product backlog for clarity and accuracy.
○ Estimate story complexity and effort effectively.
○ Manage backlog growth and prevent scope creep.
- Managed Package Experience:
○ Demonstrated experience working with managed packages on the Salesforce platform.
○ Understanding of the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of managed packages.
○ Ability to identify opportunities to leverage managed packages for efficient solution delivery.
- Additional Responsibilities:
○ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
○ Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and agile principles.
○ Remove impediments and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to deliver on commitments.
○ Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners and business analysts, to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.
○ Track project progress, manage the product backlog, and report on team performance metrics.
○ Advocate for continuous improvement and lead retrospectives to identify and implement process enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and facilitating Agile teams.
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
- Expert in Jira administration and usage.
- Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps.
- Strong proficiency in story prioritization techniques.
- Experience managing complex product backlogs.
- Experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and development (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹502,954.32 - ₹1,553,336.01 per year
