**Job Summary**:URHY GROUP is excited to welcome dedicated and enthusiastic individuals as Relationship Officers. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services. We emphasize a fixed salary, achievement bonuses, and offer flexibility in terms of devices - owning an Android smartphone or an Apple smartphone is essential, while a laptop is preferred but not compulsory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers as a Relationship Officer, introducing and informing them about our offerings.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while communicating with customers.
- Respond accurately to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Document details of conversations in the company's database.
- Meet weekly and monthly call volume targets while ensuring quality interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance call scripts and strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Basic spoken English skills for effective customer communication.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone or an Apple smartphone is essential.
- Having a laptop is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers and individuals with over 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are crucial.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-time Salary**:₹8,000** per month **(No Target, No Conditions).**:

- Part-time Salary**:₹4,000** per month **(No Target, No Conditions).**:

- Achievement bonus of up to **₹10,000** per month, based on performance.
- Flexible working hours for part-time roles: Morning (10 AM to 2 PM), Evening (3 PM to 7 PM).
