We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced E-commerce Trainer to join our team. The E-commerce Trainer will play a crucial role in educating students on the intricacies of e-commerce and online business operations.

**Position Overview**:
As an E-commerce Trainer at SkillClasseZ, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions tailored to students interested in e-commerce. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive e-commerce training materials and curriculum suitable for students.
- Deliver live or recorded training sessions covering topics such as e-commerce platforms, online marketing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Create engaging video lessons and supplementary materials to reinforce key concepts.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students to help them improve their e-commerce skills.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that training materials are current and aligned with industry standards.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage students.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Previous experience in e-commerce training or teaching is preferred but not required.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
- Compensation: INR 600-700 per instructional hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹600.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
