**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design, update, and improve training materials, course content, and hands-on projects to reflect current industry trends and academic requirements.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Conduct regular assessments to gauge students’ understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
- **Mentorship**: Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance and support for their academic and career goals. Assist with problem-solving and project development.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in commerce, finance, and business education and integrate new knowledge into training programs.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback. Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions.
- **Collaborate**: Work with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment and contribute to the overall improvement of the training institute.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in commerce or related disciplines are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commerce, finance, or business. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for accounting and financial analysis (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
