**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industries that could benefit from our advertising boards.

Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their advertising needs and present our services effectively.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of our advertising boards to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.

Travel: Occasionally travel to Chennai for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the advertising industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to Chennai as needed.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
