**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and features of hotel services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote hotel services and offerings.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the hotel industry or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
