1. **Brand Promotion and Awareness**
- **Objective**: Enhance brand visibility and awareness in the assigned region or territory.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Execute on-ground campaigns, activations, and events to drive brand awareness.
- Ensure proper display of marketing collaterals, posters, and other point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct surveys or gather feedback to assess brand recall and customer perceptions.
- Maintain relationships with local influencers, partners, and key stakeholders for better outreach.
2. **Lead Generation and Conversion**
- **Objective**: Drive leads and conversions through direct customer interaction.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential customers through on-ground activations, events, or retail visits.
- Promote product offerings and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Ensure the collection of contact details and other data necessary for lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
3. **Market Intelligence and Reporting**
- **Objective**: Gather actionable insights from the market to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Track competitor activities and report on trends, promotions, and pricing strategies in the market.
- Conduct field research (e.g., surveys, customer interviews) to understand customer preferences.
- Submit weekly or monthly reports to the marketing team detailing campaign effectiveness, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
4. **Campaign Execution and Coordination**
- **Objective**: Ensure timely and effective execution of field marketing campaigns.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the logistics for events, product launches, and promotions.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and follow-up of promotional campaigns in the field.
- Ensure campaign materials (brochures, flyers, samples, etc.) are available and distributed as per plan.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistency in messaging during campaigns.
5. **Customer Relationship Management**
- **Objective**: Foster strong relationships with customers, retailers, and channel partners.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Regularly visit key retail outlets and customer touchpoints to promote brand and products.
- Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide product knowledge.
- Strengthen relationships with retail partners to drive sales and enhance the brand’s market position.
- Organize customer engagement activities (e.g., loyalty programs, workshops) to retain and nurture customer relationships.
6. **Sales Support and Training**
- **Objective**: Support the sales team with market insights and customer interactions.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs, objections, and pain points.
- Organize training sessions for retail staff to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Assist in the onboarding of new retail partners or resellers.
7. **Budget Management and Cost Control**
- **Objective**: Efficiently manage marketing budgets for field activities.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Track and manage costs associated with field marketing events and campaigns.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of marketing plans and work within the allocated budget.
- Provide detailed reports of expenditure and results for each campaign or initiative.
8. **Event Management**
- **Objective**: Plan, organize, and execute field events that drive customer engagement and brand recall.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Organize product demos, trade shows, exhibitions, or consumer events in the field.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to ensure event success.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience during events and drive brand messaging.
9. **Compliance and Quality Control**
- **Objective**: Ensure all field marketing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the proper execution of promotions, events, and campaigns within the guidelines set by the company.
- Maintain brand integrity across all communication channels.
- Adhere to all local regulations and compliance requirements when carrying out field marketing activities.
