**Position: Field Marketing Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Base salary + Performance-based 5000 incentives (per lakh)
**Experience Required**: 0 to 3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and market **CCTV cameras, burglar alarm systems, and other IT products** to potential customers in the field.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their security needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads through field marketing activities, cold calling, and local networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
- Prepare and maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or technical background preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work on the field daily.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (for field travel).
