We specialize in helping students access flexible BBA, MBA, BCom, MCom, BA, MA, BCA, and MCA courses. Our goal is to enroll large volumes of students through partnerships with educational institutes across Uttar Pradesh.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven **Education Sales Executive** to secure high-volume enrollments for our online degree programs. The role involves cold calling, visiting coaching centers, and signing MOUs with educational institutes to generate a steady flow of student enrollments. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and building strong, long-term relationships in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**: Reach out to coaching centers and educational institutes to promote online degree programs.
- **Field Visits & MOU Signing**: Travel across Uttar Pradesh to meet key stakeholders and finalize partnership agreements.
- **Target Achievement**: Ensure consistent enrollment growth through new and existing partnerships.
- **Sales Monitoring**: Track progress, report results, and maintain high enrollment volumes.
- **Ongoing Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with institutes for long-term growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in B2B sales or educational sales
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- **Self-Driven**: Motivated to meet sales targets and work independently.
- **Field Work**: Willingness to travel extensively in Uttar Pradesh, including remote areas.
- **Transport**: Must have personal conveyance.
- **Education**: Any degree preferred, not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
