Position Overview: The Education Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue and driving sales growth in the education sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, such as schools, colleges, and universities, and promoting products and services that enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy to penetrate the education market and achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions that address their specific needs. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product knowledge and expertise.
- Sales and Negotiation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the offerings. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to the management team. Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools or other sales tracking systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Understanding of the education sector, including key trends, challenges, and regulations.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month
