**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Outreach and Communication**:

- Make calls to students to share available job opportunities.
- Establish a positive communication channel to keep students informed and motivated.
- Address student concerns and provide counseling to ensure they are placement-ready.
- **Placement Counseling**:

- Conduct sessions to understand students' career goals and help align them with available job roles.
- Prepare students with the skills and information needed for successful placement.
- Regularly update students on upcoming placement drives and their participation requirements.
- **Document Collection and Placement Tracking**:

- **Record Management**:

- Keep all placement records updated on the designated portal.
- Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping to facilitate smooth and efficient placement operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, counseling abilities, organized record-keeping, and a willingness to travel.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in placement coordination, counseling, or related field is a plus.

**Key Objectives**:

- Maximize the number of students ready and prepared for placement opportunities.
- Create a supportive and encouraging environment for students, guiding them through each step of the placement process.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about supporting students in achieving their career goals and can handle travel and interpersonal interactions with professionalism and care.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
