Job description Mobilisation Officer - Caregiver Training Program Barhi Location Barhi Hazaribagh Job Type Full-time Field-based Start Date As soon as possible Salary 20 000 - 30 000 per month Application Deadline 28 Sep 2025 About Life Circle Life Circle India s leading eldercare provider We train and empower youth particularly women from rural and low-income backgrounds to become certified caregivers for India s rapidly growing elderly population With a strong focus on dignity skill-building and economic opportunity CareVidya operates across India in collaboration with governments NGOs and community partners About the Role As a Field Recruiter Mobilisation Officer you will lead community outreach and recruitment efforts to enroll youth in our professional caregiver training and placement program This role requires regular field visits collaboration with local stakeholders and candidate engagement via phone and digital platforms Key Responsibilities Community Outreach Partnerships Identify and engage with local NGOs SHGs Panchayats and youth groups to generate leads Represent CareVidya Academy at job fairs community events and training awareness drives Digital Telephonic Sourcing Promote training opportunities through WhatsApp Facebook and local job forums Make outbound calls in Kannada and Hindi to explain the program and motivate participation Candidate Engagement Support Maintain regular follow-up with leads and assist them through the application and onboarding process Help with form filling document verification and training orientation coordination Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment efforts using Excel or Google Forms Submit weekly updates to your reporting manager Who Can Apply Minimum Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Required Skills Attributes Fluent in Hindi Confident in phone-based communication Basic computer knowledge Excel WhatsApp Google Forms Well-organized motivated and comfortable working with recruitment targets Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in mobilization Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
