**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and ability to strategize and implement effective campaigns.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Skilled in optimizing web content to increase visibility and ranking on search engines. Understanding of keyword research, SEO tools, and analytics.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing and growing a brand's presence on social media platforms. Ability to create engaging content, analyze social media trends, and engage with the audience.
- Manage a team of 4-5 people and work on new creative ideas.

Offline Marketing Strategy: Demonstrable experience in traditional marketing methods. This includes:

- Event Marketing: Organizing and promoting events to increase brand awareness.
- Print Media Campaigns: Developing and executing marketing campaigns through newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.
- Networking: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships through various offline channels
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign

Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy

Develop content for marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Manage and allocate budget correctly

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:

- Education: Currently pursuing an MBA and looking for an internship opportunity in marketing.
- Or Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, with proven experience in team handling and project management.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
