**Job Title**: Social Media Marketing Intern

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

**Duration**: 3 to 6 Months (with performance-based extension or full-time opportunity)

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Marketing Intern** who’s passionate about digital branding, trends, and storytelling. You’ll assist our marketing team in managing social media channels, creating content, analysing performance, and supporting campaigns that connect with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories using trending ideas and hashtags.
- Manage daily posting schedule and community engagement (comments, DMs, etc.).
- Research competitor pages and suggest new creative ideas for growth.
- Track and report analytics — reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate with the design team for creative assets.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
