
Corporate Sustainability Sales Executive

**Role Description**:
We are seeking a results-driven **Corporate Sustainability Sales Executive** to lead the sales efforts of our sustainability-focused products and services. This role involves engaging with corporate clients to promote solutions that align with their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. You will help businesses reduce their environmental footprint while driving revenue growth in the sustainability sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify & Approach CSR Decision-Makers** - Research and connect with CSR heads, sustainability managers, and decision-makers in companies that allocate funds for environmental initiatives.
- **Present the MyTree Concept**- Conduct presentations and meetings to educate businesses on how MyTree can help them achieve their sustainability and carbon neutrality goals through tree-planting projects.
- **Develop & Nurture Corporate Relationships** - Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring continued engagement and repeat CSR investments.
- **Customize CSR Proposals** - Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals and impact reports that align with a company’s CSR strategy and sustainability objectives.
- **Track CSR Trends & Industry Updates** - Stay informed about corporate social responsibility trends, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) policies, and sustainability commitments of target companies.
- **Negotiate & Close CSR Partnerships** - Handle negotiations and finalize deals with businesses, ensuring they commit funds for tree-planting and sustainability projects.
- **Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams** - Work closely with MyTree’s marketing team to align corporate messaging, case studies, and success stories for outreach.
- **Attend Sustainability & CSR Events** - Represent MyTree at networking events, industry forums, and CSR summits to expand corporate outreach.
- **Provide CSR Impact Reports**- Ensure corporate partners receive regular updates and reports on the environmental impact of their investments, maintaining transparency and credibility.
- **Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets** - Drive revenue and CSR funding commitments by consistently meeting outreach and conversion goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in sales, with a preference for experience in the sustainability or ESG sectors.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of sustainability solutions, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste management, and carbon reduction.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
- **Attributes**: Passionate about sustainability, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
