**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Institutional Sales Representative** to join our team in **New Delhi**. This is a **full-time, on-site** role focused on expanding and managing our institutional sales within the **agrochemical industry**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow institutional client accounts
- Identify business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Conduct product presentations and business development meetings
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with institutional clients
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, trading, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth deal closures
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
