
Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Identify and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and their potential for conversion.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- **Sales & Account Management**:
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Handle client inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- **Stay Updated**:
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
- Continuously develop and enhance sales skills through training and professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field. Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc.)
