**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month _(Based on interview and skills)_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch our **IT and digital marketing services**:

- Explain services such as **website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, software solutions, and app development**:

- Understand client needs and suggest suitable services based on requirements
- Maintain and update lead databases using CRM or spreadsheet tools
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into appointments or direct sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for client onboarding

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent **spoken and written English communication skills**:

- Strong **tele calling and tele sales** skills
- Basic knowledge of **IT services and digital marketing tools** (SEO, PPC, websites, CRMs, etc.)
- Comfortable using **computer software tools** (MS Excel, CRM software, Google Workspace)
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
- 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, customer support, or business development
- Basic understanding of **IT and digital marketing** is preferred
- Willing to work from **Indore office** (onsite only)
