**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients including doctors, hospitals, health insurance companies, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
