Job Responsibilities:

- **Clinical Duties**:

- Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions.
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and dental cleanings.
- Provide dental examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' oral health conditions.
- **Patient Care**:

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients about treatment options and post-treatment care.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior dental staff as needed.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all clinical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized working environment.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of dental equipment.

Qualifications:

- BDS degree from a recognized dental college or university.
- Valid dental license to practice in the respective locations.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-internship.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a busy workload.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

- Availability to work at multiple locations as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism.
