**Receptionist Job Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering inquiries.
- **Call Handling**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Take messages when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle courier services.
- Assist with clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Hospitality**:
- Offer refreshments to visitors.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- **Security Support**:
- Monitor access and issue visitor badges, if applicable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
**Telecaller Job Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Outreach**:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-up**:
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer information.
- Update CRM or database systems regularly.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Gather feedback and report it to the team for improvements.
- Handle complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Patience and ability to handle rejection.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant languages for the target audience.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM use.
